The Board
Structure
In accordance with the Cooperative Act, the SACCO is run by Central Management Committee (CMC) and supervised from time to time by Ministry of Cooperative Development officials and Supervisory committee to ensure effective management.
The committees include;
- Executive committee – Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer
- Education Committee -Vice Chairman & Two members
- Credit Committee – Three CMC Members
- Supervisory Committee – Three members
In addition to the above, the SACCO holds Annual General Meeting every year to update members about progress and invite proposals from membership. This serves as an opportunity to give feedback and seek clarifications about various agenda items.
